Shipping times: 5 - 8 days with Free Standard Shipping, 2 - 3 days with Paid Expedited Shipping.
Unexpected delays or carrier issues are beyond our control; contact local post office for shipment details.
Customers bear reshipping costs for returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
Custom orders are non-returnable; replacements provided for damaged or defective items.

Photo Guidelines

Should you wish to replace the pictures or arrangements of individuals or pets on the portrait post-receipt of the proof, an additional fee of $9 per person or pet will apply due to the need for a portrait redo. Hence, kindly provide the best-looking photos available, along with a detailed request outlining your desired portrait style and specific placements. Additionally, free revisions are included for any other modifications. Your thorough input for each revision is highly valued.

Amazing Artwork!!

To commemorate my aunt and grandmother who just passed away, I had a family portrait done to give to my mother as she's lost a lot of family members in one year, and it turned out phenomenal!! I want to give it to her now, but I want to wait until mother's day to give it to her. This is the greatest artwork I've ever seen, and I'm so proud to give my mother something she deserves so much to remember her family with.

My husbands birthday was coming up and I remembered he had mentioned he wanted a picture of him and his kids. Unfortunately the mother of his child has made it impossible for him to see his daughters so I knew I had to figure out another way. I googled and custom mayy arts popped up! I was very hesitant because you just never know what you’re gonna get and OMG they did not disappoint! I sent them pictures of him and the kids and they captured them exactly like the pictures. Customer support was wonderful and will reach out if they need additional pictures. They go above and beyond in their art work. I ordered a digital print and they had it ready within a few days.
