Should you wish to replace the pictures or arrangements of individuals or pets on the portrait post-receipt of the proof, an additional fee of $9 per person or pet will apply due to the need for a portrait redo. Hence, kindly provide the best-looking photos available, along with a detailed request outlining your desired portrait style and specific placements. Additionally, free revisions are included for any other modifications. Your thorough input for each revision is highly valued.

Christmas gift that has not been opened yet but I know she is going to love it
I have now had Four portraits within the last year. The artist do an absolutely amazing job. This last two really hit home. It’s my mom and dad with my boys. My dad 🧓 died when I was 16 so they never got to meet him. The one with my boys with my parents I had made for my mom for Xmas and I believe she is going to love it’. Thank you again to the artists they have always worked with me if any changes were needed and that’s huge. I will continue to use and recommend Mayy arts. Thank you again 😊.
I was thrilled with how well my portrait turned out. They got everyone in the photo (15 people) with good proportions despite differently zoomed photos. Some photos were from a canon camera and some a cell phone and quality throughout was the same. They took a toy out my nephew's hands and lowered his arms and you cannot tell it was edited, removed an animal and changed the colors of someones clothes.
Communication throughout process with quick and constant. Product was completed well within given time frame. Shipping took a week longer than said but that was USPS fault not the seller. Frame was bought separately.
The portrait I received is absolutely perfect!!! After I had placed my order, I emailed customer service about making a few more adjustments and they were very kind and more than happy to make the changes. They made my vision become a reality, and it really feels like my late grandfather is in the portrait with us. I couldn’t be happier!
I was a little worried about if my photos would work because the quality was fairly low as the pictures were very old. This team was able to make it look like my husband’s grandmothers, who both passed before our baby was born, were sitting right with her! The whole family had tears! They were so quick at responding and I got my finished product in only about 2 days! I cannot recommend them enough. I wish I could give 100 stars!

We are so beyond happy with our experience from the beginning. Didn’t have very good pictures of our grandparents just given this gift is a surprise and the artist nailed it. Can’t wait to surprise my parents with this gift of their parents with their grandkids. They passed before getting meet all of them and three in one year what’s been hard on my parents. So hoping this will bring them some light.
