Custom Merchandise

At Custom Mayy Arts, each product is uniquely crafted to your specifications, making every item truly one-of-a-kind. Due to the personalized nature of our custom merchandise, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. These items cannot be resold, so all sales are final, including digital purchases.

Damages

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we are here to help if there are any issues with your order. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.

How to Report an Issue

Contact Us:

Include Your Order Number:

  • This helps us quickly locate your purchase details.

Provide Photos:

  • Attach clear photos of the item’s condition, showing the damage.
  • Include photos of the entire package, showcasing any external damages.
  • Attach a clear photo of the shipping label displaying the tracking number.

Our Response

Once we receive your email, we will review the information provided and address the issue on a case-by-case basis. If eligible, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Shipping and Delivery

Unexpected Delays:

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays or carrier issues are beyond our control. For shipment details, please follow the tracking provided upon fulfillment, or contact your local post office.

Returned Packages:

  • Customers bear the reshipping costs for returned packages due to incorrect provided shipping addresses. Please ensure your address is accurate when placing your order.

Lost Packages:

  • If your package was scanned as "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please reach out to your local post office first to request a delivery search. They will be able to locate where they scanned it as delivered and retrieve it.
  • If the post office confirms that the package was delivered incorrectly and is unable to recover it, please forward their confirmation email stating you did not receive your mail piece due to an error by the post office to support@CustomMayyArts.com. We will help file a claim on your behalf. Once the claim is approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund for your order based on your preference.
