We cannot rush the printing production which normally takes 3-7 business days or 4-10 business days during the holiday peak (excluding Saturday & Sunday), but we can ship it expeditiously for 2-3 days instead of standard 5-10 days within the U.S.

Turnaround

  • Initial proof ready in 5 - 7 days, with potential delays for revisions.
  • Digital Download Option: Approved proofs result in high-quality digital files emailed for self-printing at CVS, Staples, Walmart, etc.
  • No physical artwork shipped for Digital Download; recommended for non-U.S. orders.
  • Print Options (Poster, Framed Poster, or Wrapped Canvas): Allow 3 - 7 days for printing after proof approval.
  • Shipping times: 5 - 8 days with Free Standard Shipping, 2 - 3 days with Paid Expedited Shipping.
  • Unexpected delays or carrier issues are beyond our control; contact local post office for shipment details.
  • Customers bear reshipping costs for returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • Custom orders are non-returnable; replacements provided for damaged or defective items.

Photo Guidelines

Should you wish to replace the pictures or arrangements of individuals or pets on the portrait post-receipt of the proof, an additional fee of $9 per person or pet will apply due to the need for a portrait redo. Hence, kindly provide the best-looking photos available, along with a detailed request outlining your desired portrait style and specific placements. Additionally, free revisions are included for any other modifications. Your thorough input for each revision is highly valued.
