Communication was great! Took about 8 days to make and then ship to me. Material is super soft. This was a surprise for my fiancé so I ordered an XL, like his other shirts, which fit, but I think he would be more comfortable in a 2XL. The design is spot on and quality is excellent! Can't wait to have him wear this on our honeymoon!
